Where do I send my horse tail hair?
Place your horse tail hair in either a paper bag, or a plastic zip lock bag which has had a few holes cut into it (to help prevent any mold and fungus growth whilst in transit).
Then post it to the following address (preferably using registered or tracked post for your reference and peace of mind in case it gets held up somewhere):

Overseas Customers
Due to our strict quarantine rules in Australia, please make sure you do the following when sending in you horse tails hair:
- Make sure it has been brushed, debris removed and washed.
- Clearly state on the package what is inside
- Clearly write your contact details on the package so that quarantine can contact you if need be to discuss what you would like to do, if they deem it needs to be checked, treated, returned or destroyed.
- COMPLETE & ATTACH a DECLARATION Form - I will email you a copy to fill out
