Living Horse Tails accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items after they are posted, or whilst in transit to me or in transit to you.
All items posted by Living Horse Tails will be posted using a tracking number, and this number will be added to your order upon dispatch.
Customers have the option to upgrade to Signature on Delivery.
Purchaser accepts all risk and responsibility. In the event of a delayed delivery, please use the tracking number supplied and contact the delivery company used to post your order for them to locate it and update you.
