Pre-made / stock items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied with its receipt AFTER obtaining an Authorisation Number, for the original purchase price, LESS postage costs.
There are no returns / refunds on custom made items on change of mind, or incorrectly supplied sizes / information, so please choose carefully before ordering.
Please email sales@livinghorsetails.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return postage instructions. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Postage
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 1341, Goulburn, NSW, 2580, Australia.
Please use a trackable postage method to return your product/s and purchase postage Insurance for loss or damage.
Living Horse Tails will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during return postage, so make sure to post your item/s in a box, or extremely well padded envelope.
You will be responsible for paying any postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are NON-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price only.
