It's only a braid. Except that it isn't.
For instance, in this case, there are 240 individual strands of hair (each one selected specifically, checked, washed, dried) that need to be positioned with each turn, kept taught throughout, and not muddled up.
If it's not quite right, guess what? I start all over again until it is just right and it ends up looking like "only a braid".
Oh, and excuse my dry fingers and not so nice nails
