A Gift Certificate is a fabulous gift idea for any occasion and is so easy to order. You can select the value of your choice and have the voucher delivered to your email inbox or posted to you, making it a perfect “last minute” gift if need be!
All Gift Certificates are posted via Registered Mail within Australia, if you select to have a presentable, physical item posted to you for gifting.
If you select to receive an electronic copy via e-mail, it is the consumers responsibility to ensure no-one else can access the Certificate Code. Living Horse Tails accepts no responsibility if the consumer supplies the wrong e-mail address, or if someone else accesses their email and uses the Certificate Code.
Gift Certificates are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:
Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 36 months from date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.
The Certificate code must be entered in the Discount field on the payment page along with any other required payments and / or details. Please contact me at if you wish to redeem more than one (purchased) gift certificate in a transaction.
Acceptance of the gift certificate entered is subject to final verification during the checkout process.
Gift Certificates may be used for payment of goods and merchandise only, and excludes any shipping costs.
Should the expiry date lapse, no refund or credit will be given.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Living Horse Tails or be otherwise redeemable.
Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Certificate are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
