The cuff should fit snugly and not be too loose otherwise the cuff may slide off.

Ideally if you have an existing cuff that fits, measure that.

How to measure your wrist

Use a soft measuring tape, and wrap it around your wrist. Do not pull it tight, just snugly. This is your wrist measurement.


​If you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or baling twine (something that will NOT stretch) and measure it off against a ruler.

 

For a comfort fit, it is recommended to add about 1.3 cm to your wrist measurement.

For example, your wrist size is 16 cm firm. Add 1.3 cm = 17.3 cm. So a 60 x 45 mm would be your closest fit at 16.66 cm circumference. You can adjust your cuffs slightly, on occasion. But it is not recommended to open and close to adjust too often, as you will stress the silver and cause it to become brittle and snap.

How to put on a cuff

The simplest way to put on a cuff is from the side of your wrist and then turn it so the centre of the cuff is facing upwards. Gently squeeze the sides of the cuff to fit around your wrist.
